Change of mind returns

At SISKEN we understand the difficulties of shopping online, of not being able to touch and feel the product that you are buying. We offer a change of mind refund on full priced items only. Notification must be given to us within 7 days of receiving the purchased item, and must be returned within 14 days.

Please contact us to arrange a change of mind refund. We will advise you on how to return your purchase. Please note we must receive prior contact before the return can be accepted.

All items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with labels and in the same condition it was received. All items must be returned in a manner ensuring damage is prevented in transit. We highly recommend all items be returned via registered post.

Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days via your original method of payment. Please note some change of mind refunds, may have the cost of delivery deducted from refund amount.

For change of mind refunds, the below postage or shipping charges may be deducted as follows:

$0-100 purchase: $7.50
$100-200 purchase: $10
$201-450 purchase: $18

Exchanges

SISKEN offers exchanges on full priced items only; an exchange can be arranged for an item of equal or lesser value. Please note this is dependant on product availability.

Please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will advise you on how to return your purchase. Please note we must receive prior contact before the exchange can be processed and highly recommend return via registered post only.

Postage costs incurred in the exchange is to be covered by the purchaser.

Returns

Please notify us immediately if you have been sent the wrong item or if you believe your purchased item is defective. The item is to be returned to us within 14 days.

Please note faults do not include differences in fabric print or colour and leather colour variation. SISKEN endeavours to represent the products as best we can, but as these are hand printed and hand made, it its inevitable that there will be some variation from item to item.

Sale Items

SISKEN strictly offers no refunds for sale items, except in the case of faulty goods. If an item has been placed on sale, and you have purchased this item through our online store in the previous 3 days, we are happy to extend this sale price to you. Please contact us to arrange this refund.
