What Shipping Methods Are Available?
SISKEN offers Free standard delivery within Australia for all orders over $150 or a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$10 to all Australian addresses.
Express shipping is available. It must be selected and purchased from your shopping cart.
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and is a trackable service.
What does Express Shipping mean?
Express Post delivery is available (Australia only). This item needs to be signed for and is trackable. This is a guaranteed next day delivery if you are within Australia Post’s Express Post network.
If the delivery address is outside of the Express Post network then your order will be given the fastest possible delivery on a non-guarantee basis.
Costs for Express Post within Australia are:
$0-200 purchase: $15
$201+ purchase: $28
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. We are working on a cost effective international freight option for you but in the mean time, please email us directly at info@sisken.com.au for pricing on international shipping.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Your order will be processed and sent out within 1-2 days. Delivery times can vary from 1-5 business days within Australia, depending on your location from our Melbourne office.

You will receive email notification on completion of your order, as well as when your item has been shipped, with your tracking number so that you can check on the progress of your delivery.
Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.
Gift Wrapping and Cards
We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service. Multiple items will be wrapped together unless individual wrapping is requested via email. We can also write a little Gift Tag if your purchase is a gift.
